How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for mainland Malta on orders over €25, you may also choose to pick up your order from our warehouse in Qormi, or pay €5 for delivery for orders below €25. We can also deliver to Gozo via courier for €7 flat rate for any order size or value.
How does delivery work?
Deliveries are done from Monday to Saturday by appointment. Once your order is paid, we’ll get in touch to schedule a time convenient for you. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays unless announced.
When do I get my order?
If you get your purchase in before the last order cut-off time we can do same day delivery, otherwise your order gets delivered the next day. Last order times look like this:

Can I pick-up my order?
You can choose to pick-up your order from our warehouse in Qormi. Please call on 99066666 before visiting to make sure your order is ready to go. Please provide the email notification as proof of purchase, together with an identification document.

How are you dealing with Covid-19?
Luckily most of our business as well as all payments are done online. At our warehouse we take all reasonable necessary precautions during handling of stock and packing to protect our customers as well as our staff.
During delivery our delivery person will leave your package at your doorstep and step away from your door to ensure social distancing.

Where do I receive the package?
We will deliver your order to the shipping address you provide on your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the order directly to a friend, relative, or to your place of work.
Please ensure you give us the correct details to help us keep our service efficient.
What if I miss the delivery?
If no one is available at the delivery address given to accept the delivery, our delivery person will leave you a card that the products have been returned to our warehouse. In that case, please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery / collect your order. Additional charges may apply for rearranged delivery by a third-party suppliers.
