Tuka – NEIPA

New England IPA style beer (6.2% Vol) characterized by the use of Vermont yeast which gives a soft body and fruity aromas. The powerful dry hops of Sabro, Mosaic and Simcoe give tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit with hints of coconut, peach and vanilla. At sight it is veiled with orange color and a fine and white foam. In the mouth it is velvety and silky with a body that hides and balances the generous use of hops.
