La Chouffe Soleil
Chouffe Soleil by the Brasserie d’Achouffe is a delicious hazy honey-gold Belgian beer with a fine white head. The nose is malty, with hops, yeast and spice notes.
On the palate you’ll find malt and yeast alongside spicy, herby, fruity notes that conspire with the medium body and light carbonation to give a dry, bitter finish.

The Brasserie d’Achouffe was created in the late 1970s by Pierre Gobron and Christian Bauweraerts, whose dream it was to set up in business together. As with so many breweries, what started out as a side-line became a full-time occupation, and the two brewers decide to concentrate their efforts on the project.
