No trip to Gozo is complete without a taste of traditional Gbejniet; delicious, round white cheeselets made from sheep’s or goat’s milk, dried in special, ventilated boxes and subsequently spiced in wine vinegar & topped with crushed pepper.
Taking inspiration from our obsession with cheese, we have embraced goats’ milk to create an alternative milk chocolate bar. Grassy, creamy, fresh, and with a hint of sour; our peppered cheeselets chocolate is something else.
