Oak fermented rustic Danish Shipyard Ale. Blend #2 Aged for 8 months Havnesson Blend 2 summarizes what Baghaven stands for. A wide variety of all Danish grown grains including malted and unmalted barley, malted and unmalted spelt, malted and unmalted heirloom wheat, and raw buckwheat. Gently hopped with hops from France and New Zealand and fermented and aged in an Italian red wine foeder with our unique yeast for 9 months. This Rustic Danish Shipyard Ale is a prime example of what happens when local grains and native yeast come together in harmony. Brewed at Baghaven Barrel-room by Mikkeller.
