The dark rum plays out well on the pallet and nose along with fruity bitter and sweet notes. The complexity is not high but the taste is wide.
It all started at Mikropolis Bar, a cozy cocktail and craft beer bar tucked away in a small street in Copenhagen. From here we wanted to find a way of sharing our exciting, flavourful cocktails as simply as we share beers, since to pour a beer takes seconds, but to make a cocktail takes patience.
Through a lot of experimentation, recipes, late nights and many spirit bottles, we discovered a way to take all the complexity and flavour of our shaken cocktails and put them into kegs and cans. This way we can always pour our favourite cocktails simply and efficiently, wherever and whenever. We make our cocktails in To Øl City, Svinninge, Denmark with the world’s maybe largest cocktail shaker. With a mix of sheer passion and modern brewing techniques, we brew different long drinks and sophisticated cocktails, and tap them on both kegs and cans.
