Snowdrift – Table Beer
This recipe was designed by Bjarke von Holck, who won the first Malt Stars competition for the chance to brew his beer. He envisioned a beer made with local organic malts from Gyrup, pine needles, and a Belgian yeast that yields a dry beer mild on phenols.
Despite the low ABV, this turned into a beer with powerful forest aromas supported by rustic malt flavors. An inquisitive beer for unique wintertime contemplations.
To Øl is a young Danish craft beer brewery founded in 2010. When To Øl was founded, we were sick of hundred years old breweries claiming territory only due to old age – instead we wanted to give beer some youth. At To Øl we do contemporary beers. We brew a wide range of potent, provocative, fresh and floral beers; hoppy, balanced and complex beers both light, dark, strong and simple.
