From the Phantom Spirits Beer Cask Series comes a 4 year old Guatemalan rum which enjoyed a finishing period in casks that previously aged Mikkeller’s Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Oatmeal Stout. All the rums from Phantom Spirits have been finished in very specific and delicious beer casks. Bright and fruity, with hints of banana, melon and cherry. Subtle coffee bean bitterness, with lingering dark chocolate and nutmeg.

Phantom Spirits
Phantom Spirits is a council established to disrupt the new world spirits order by infiltrating the purveyors of injustice by the way of the shadow. Phantom Spirits was born out of the ashes of the long standing Mikkeller/Copenhell spirit collaboration, a sinister-themed annual release, spearheaded by former Events and Communications manager Mixen Lindberg. Launched in late 2016 by Mixen Lindberg, Frederik Plum, owner of Den Klodsede Bjørn Vodka, and Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, as a way of pursuing the many ideas and concepts that were developed during the creative process in conjuring up these, often provocative, heavy metal spirits, Phantom Spirits entered the scene with their progressive beer barrel aging rum project, and are currently knee deep in multiple collaborations with different producers within the fields of spirits, beer, wine, food, and more. Expect the unexpected.
