Amaro Bomba Carta

Silvio Carta’s Amaro Bomba takes its name from the choice of packaging, for which the bottle is coated with a paper reminiscent of Molotov cocktails, home-made bombs, to underline the explosive strength of this amaro.

This amaro is composed exclusively of Sardinian botanicals and is sweetened with Sardinian strawberry tree honey, rare and of great character, with a strong and bitter taste.

Dark brown color, on the nose there are aromas of resins, pine nuts and algae, with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus, while hints of bitter chocolate blend with dark honey. The sip is powerful, with a marked bittering vein of officinal herbs and a very long finish.

It is drunk neat, with an ice cube.
