LUNATICA is a Berliner Weisse produced with the addition of tons of fresh raspberries during the lactic fermentation.
The bouquet is dominated by the intense raspberries aroma, while the mouth is refreshed by a fine acidity that makes Lunatica extremely thirst-quenching. Very charming for its look and bewitching for its taste.
